Interactive story about the last moments of life for the main protagonist. Incredible creativity, with home made props, custom software, and beautifully executed mix of video / 3D / type. Love the dynamic typeface and all the small animated details. Great sound design, interesting story, and light weight fun interactivity come together to provide this fascinating experience.
Gorgeous site of Tomato brand Duroc. Love the grid of bite size snippets from the company – each with corresponding hand made animations. Nicely executed with lots of nice transitions and animations from subtle parallax effects and wonderful transitions from grid view to article view. Beautiful art direction with nice palette of colours and warm paper / tactile style visuals. Proof that creativity and design can come from many places – in this case for the corporate site of snack tomato makers in Morocco.
Site of French label Drôle de Monsieur. Minimal experience with a considered and playful take on depth with interesting type and photography driven layouts. Love the collection pages, once in the sections playful horizontal scrolling with subtle 3D touches. Lots of cool design details such as the slowly moving hollowed out type throughout which adds a sense of dynamism.
Site of Concrete Rep a UK based rep agency for artists working in the fashion, editorial, and advertising industries. Love the homescreen with the segmentation of the various artists scrolling down the page with locked elements such as title creates a wonderful sense of movement. Also love all the subtle patterns and interactions such as scrolling to the end of the project takes you back to the previous page. It looks beautiful too, elegant and clean, with dynamic colour palette and great use of typography.
Site for Japanese filmmaker Tao Tajima. Love the home screen with all the thumbnails which react nicely to your interactions – love the fluid like transitions to the project pages. Try scrolling this this view and you traverse the projects in a liquid like fashion. Nice design, nicely executed.
Site of famous opera singer Maria Callas, and a release of remastered classics. Featuring a sound reactive homescreen with 3D elements undulating and responding to soundtrack. Feeling like a form of sleek album boxset artwork, with a dive into the history of the star and photos from across the years. Nicely designed and crafted experience.
Long form interactive editorial piece from the Highline of Huffington post. A 8-month long reporting piece diving into the complexities millennials face today. Love the format of large data driven visuals brought to life through simple interactions such as scrolling. Nice use of typography and illustration to drive energy, which being a long read, still feels fun and informative. Nice work…
The new BMW.com, featuring bold and lively layout for this modern brand hub. Content first strategy with editorial articles, design pieces, and full bleed background video. Interesting approach that reinforces the brand and allows users to experience the world of BMW without looking at specific models and being overtly sold to.

Site of Open Wear, a ski / snowboard outerwear brand and community. Featuring an editorial design approach featuring articles, opinion pieces, gear reviews and so on. Beautiful design and great execution, love the transition states between the pages, and the thoughtful interactions. Nice design details, with slightly skewed buttons / UI, makes it feel a little more human. Particularly enjoy the homescreen, with the scrolling panel of content along the right edge.
Beautiful experiential site which transports you to the hazy world of Hogwarts. Scroll through the 3D world and discover key moments from the Harry Potter world as you float around iconic locations. Beautifully executed with a nice balance of interactivity, playfulness, and content – it looks amazing with some of the best 3D implementation i’ve seen. Minimal UI and hierarchy allows you to really immersive yourself in the experience.
Site of Montreal based digital agency Phoenix. Love the homepage, with scrolling thumbnails and masked title transitions – when tapped transition nicely into the full project pages. Dynamic and lively project pages with lovely animated sections to bring the work to life, some with parallax details, beautifully designed and considered. Great example of a modern and lively agency folio.
