Interactive story about the last moments of life for the main protagonist. Incredible creativity, with home made props, custom software, and beautifully executed mix of video / 3D / type. Love the dynamic typeface and all the small animated details. Great sound design, interesting story, and light weight fun interactivity come together to provide this fascinating experience.

Duroc

Gorgeous site of Tomato brand Duroc. Love the grid of bite size snippets from the company – each with corresponding hand made animations. Nicely executed with lots of nice transitions and animations from subtle parallax effects and wonderful transitions from grid view to article view. Beautiful art direction with nice palette of colours and warm paper / tactile style visuals. Proof that creativity and design can come from many places – in this case for the corporate site of snack tomato makers in Morocco.

Concrete Rep

By | @intmagicgroup | No Comments

Site of Concrete Rep a UK based rep agency for artists working in the fashion, editorial, and advertising industries. Love the homescreen with the segmentation of the various artists scrolling down the page with locked elements such as title creates a wonderful sense of movement. Also love all the subtle patterns and interactions such as scrolling to the end of the project takes you back to the previous page. It looks beautiful too, elegant and clean, with dynamic colour palette and great use of typography.

Beautiful experiential site which transports you to the hazy world of Hogwarts. Scroll through the 3D world and discover key moments from the Harry Potter world as you float around iconic locations. Beautifully executed with a nice balance of interactivity, playfulness, and content – it looks amazing with some of the best 3D implementation i’ve seen. Minimal UI and hierarchy allows you to really immersive yourself in the experience.

Norman is a neat web tool to created animated 3D scenes viewable with a supported VR device. If you have the VR controllers you can create your own animated scenes – like Tiltbrush but all browser based – pretty amazing. Love the hand drawn and organic feel that really brings sketches to life.

TopoTopo

Fun little site that takes places from anywhere on the world and produces a 3D relief of the topography of the area. Type in a place and you get a grid, which you can split into a puzzle, make a 3D file and even send off to print. Love the simplicity of the experience, nice idea and nice design.
