Cool little site, portfolio of the talented designer Freeger, lots of Russian work. Love the amorphous shape on the front page, very simple but effective showcase of some really great work.

New portfolio site of Hong Kong based agency Pill & Pillow. Very simple with some nice touches, a Flash based, blog esque layout with tags and social content, pulled in from sources such as YouTube. I like the 3d screwed up balls of paper that represent their projects and the way they reveal, also some really nice work in here, lots of experimental work too. Well put together and looks pretty cool and minimal.
Photography portfolio of Nicola Roman Walbeck. Simple, effective, grid based site – with some nice touches. When you click on a photo the whole site shrinks, then twists around – you have the zoom in mechanism where the photos fit more than fullscreen so you can scroll around and explore the details.

One of the nicest portfolio sites i’ve seen for a while, this time for hair and makeup artist Lasse Pedersen. Highly polished, using full screen imagery to really convey his work. Love the way you can navigate the images, and clicking the images brings them to fullscreen enabling you to pan around – animates really nicely. Even the rollover effect on the thumbnails is great, you rollover and you can then pan around the image, fantastic attention to detail, great work…

Website of Norwegian design consultancy Bleed. Pretty cool website, all the things you would expect from a polished agency portfolio – but with a bit more attitude, love all the rollover effects and the clean simple animation style. They showcase their work in a really clean elegant way.
House of Orange – Model agency / hair, makeup, and styling agency / photography agency. Nice, simple and effective portfolio of their talent. Really like the way the images build up in different sizes and with a random selection shown each time. Cool transitions with contrast burns and so on.

Portfolio of Norweigan photographer Thomas Brun. Standard but well considered, simple portfolio site with nice animations and the functionality you come to expect from such sites – zoom in, fullscreen and so on. Nicely designed with several clever touches, straight to the point.
Portfolio of interactive designer / developer Martin Anderle. Pretty simple, with some nice touches and animation – I like the particles moving around the screen – they form colour and shape on rollover of the individual project thumbnails. It looks great and provides a fantastic moving montage of colour and shape.
Portfolio site of photographer Marija Ivkovic. Created in quite a unique way – you navigate the photos by rolling over the various strips of grey, each representing a project. The longer the strip the more images in that project – when rolled over the contents are revealed, by simply leaving your mouse towards the bottom you navigate through the sets, there is a zoom function also. Nicely animated with some great photos in there – pretty cool stuff.

Interesting portfolio of French movie poster studio and marketing agency Silenzio. What makes this so accomplished is the animation and the 3d thumbnails of the posters, visually it is attractive and the animation really brings it to life. Nicely structured the posters can also be organised by alphabetical order, or explored through a 3d wall. Very cool…
Portfolio of photographer Zhang Jingna. Clean, elegant design with beautiful photography, set in an interface that suits the work well. Simple interactivity, easy to use and nice simple, elegant animation.

Site of Zeebee, a self declared ‘one man studio’ a talented Flash guy. Slick and nicely animated and well coded this site showcases the guy’s professional and personal work. Lovely sense of 3d and great 3d animation and transitions. The circle of his work is great fun just to play with and interactive with.
Portfolio site of Art Director Chris Bartsch. Simple nicely formatted and designed portfolio with some clever touches – I like the option to download viewed projects as a pdf also.
Portfolio website of photographer Andreas Smetana. Nice and simple layout with fluid animation, using your mouse scroller you can flow through the thumbnails – when you click on one you get a full screen image which you can scroll around. I like the fluid movement and the little animated touches which gives it something more. Some nice photos in here…
