Site of CROWD, a Barcelona and London based studio that have a diverse body of work. Very colourful and bold styling, and a very simple site that links out to Behance projects or has embedded Vimeo videos. Nice to see something a bit different for a agency portfolio.
Site of Active Theory a digital production house in Venice, CA. Their body of work is impressive and is wrapped up in a nicely done, nicely animated site. Love the labs section – where you can see their dabbling in Web GL / Javascript experiments – also nicely shown on the homepage with the undulating interactive circles.

Nice new site for Pollen a branding and design agency for the fashion sector. Responsive, modern site – love the slide out menu and the slick transitions / preloader to the individual projects. Nicely laid out the offset grid maintaining it visually interesting throughout. Individual stories for each of the projects offering moodboards, user journeys and so on make it a bit different to the mainstream portfolio site. Nice.

Site of German digital agency Artificial Rome. Nice offset grid style layout, and an interesting way of having elements ‘stick’ to the top of the browser as you scroll, providing context for what you are viewing. Some nice transitions here and there, but on the whole quite minimal and considered. I like the amount of white space and the layout which creates interest as you scroll the page.

New responsive portfolio site of agency Huge Inc. Really stripped back and to the point, I like the homepage where the 3 best / latest projects are shown – all within or featured around a giant ‘H’. The featured projects give across a hint of the work and the process, like the key stats section. Love the menu – large overlay with big typography and a pink overlay – really cool.
New responsive site for agency Goodby Silverstein & Partners. Featuring a huge grid of their latest work, and simple, minimal project pages to find out more. Nice features and touches, like the video rollovers, the off canvas menu, all wrapped up in a nicely responsive, and well considered layout.

Portfolio site of agency NKI Studio based in Paris. Featuring a grid of projects which you zoom in/out of and explore to see the details – nice touch when you read the description – you zoom out a little and the text appears from the level above your viewing plane – it looks pretty cool. Lots of nice little touches – overall a slick little experience.

Portfolio site of French agency Index-Std. The main menu is a endlessly scrolling typographic almost Star Wars intro esque! Clicking a project gives a nice offset grid layout where the name of the project is locked in place and images scroll through. Love the way when you click on a thumbnail you get the outline of the image and project title – very cool. Really nice example of a modern and minimal portfolio site.

Portfolio site of French agency Rezo Zero. Nicely considered layout and subtle animations bring the design to life, with a modern and fresh look and feel. Really like the transitions from section to section and the way the images filter through and the layout for the individual case studies – telling the story in an interesting way. Nice example of a modern agency portfolio.

Portfolio site of Assembly a branding agency in London. Super simple and elegant layout, scrolling takes you through their projects with big bold typography and relevant images. Nicely laid out grid and cool typography – the execution is direct and to the point – you get an essence of the agency and what they have done in a really elegant way.

Portfolio site of Anonymous, Paris based digital production agency. Really cool site, fresh and modern – with lots of nice touches. Love the masking of the thumbnails and the splitting of the page to reveal the project detail inline – clicking and dragging through the images – gives it all an ‘appy’ feel. Really like the way they have arranged the projects chronologically and scrolling reveals a sticky element showing year following the scroll bar. Some amazing work in there too, all presented in an interesting way in a cool interface.

Simple and clean portfolio site of Control Films a boutique commercial / music video production agency based in Paris. Minimal layout and elegant concept – thumbnails play when interacted with, and when pressed scrolls you back to the top of the page where the video splits the page and begins playing. Clean and minimal and does the job well.

Portfolio site of London based design shop YCN Studio. Minimal & clean site which does the job really well in a quick and effective way. Really like the way the information linked to the project scrolls with the visuals, and the next project fades in from below. Incredibly simple and elegant.
Site of Izaias Caualcanti & Anderson Barros – developers / designers from Brazil, this is their portfolio site. Nicely designed with big typography and mask reveal transitions. Little bit of confusing UE design, but it is fun to navigate and from a  layout perspective very cool.
