Great site for Danish Shipowners Association, highlighting how they are tackling key issues and showing stats and data on shipping. I love the way they bring their story to life through a long scrolling site that pulls out key stats and makes them tangible, like the banana. Love the way they have divided the chapters and if you click on the short nav it jumps straight to that section rather than scrolling you down. It looks great too, with well considered design, colour coded chapters, and nice type.

Site for German hair salons Bundy Bundy. Lots of different sections highlighting the key offerings of the salons, such as colour, style etc. Nice video intros to each section and lovely photography throughout, layouts look good with an editorial slant. Lots of small interactive details scattered throughout rounding out the whole experience.

Refresh of the Fornasetti homepage – Italian design house from Milan. Featuring motifs from their products floating around a 3D space in varying scenes. Fun, playful interactivity and it looks great – nice intro to the site with no clear purpose other than being cool.

Site for French composer Nicolas Errera. Love the full screen scrubber on the homepage showing the progress of the music – lots of nice visual cues to show the progress. Also love the way the page builds up with blocks transitioning into the layout. Looks great, fun to play with and nicely executed.

Interesting project to 3D print a new Rembrandt painting from special software written to recognize and read a vast library of his paintings. The website itself takes you on a scrolling journey through how they tackled it, with sliding panels bringing in more info. So many nice details, from the animation and transitions to the lovely design. Thoughtful UI and interaction, brought to life with great imagery and short videos.

Site for Berlin based agency that specialise in content creation. Love the visual metaphor of the piece of paper that rotates and moves as you scroll to reveal new patterns and color, very elegant and interesting way of presenting a concept of what they do. Nice nav along the right hand side that appears when you get into the more detailed sections.

Taking racing data from a Porsche and mixing it with audio and visualising the results. Lovely rich, dynamic 3D experience, love the way the lines roll across the car and particles flow to highlight the profile of the Porsche. Nice colours and shapes that really offer a sensation of speed as the car ‘drives’ through the data. Nice idea and well crafted experience.

Site for Danish creative agency Ouur. Lovely clean and elegant portfolio of work featuring photography, digital, and editorial work. Love the calm colour wash on the homepage and the offset layout featured throughout the site. The animated gifs add a nice dynamic element to liven it up, combined with the staggered layout it all adds a feeling of energy in the layout.

Lovely site for Maeva Barriere – French culinary artist – ‘food art’. Loads of fantastic transitions, masks and black and white reveals. It feels very refined and premium, with lots of white space and elegant design. Lots of nice details such as the preloader bar, love the ‘back’ button at the end of each page, superb animations and fantastic execution.

Site promoting G-Star RAW’s elwood jeans range. Nice ‘3d’ carousel – where you drag left to right to transition to different scenes showing features of the jeans.
